Are Grover appliances brand new?
Grover devices are either brand new or fully refurbished to be as good as new. All refurbished technology is wiped clean, repaired, and rented out again so more people can enjoy it. By reusing and repurposing technology, we extend the lifespan and use of devices, help reduce e-waste, and reduce our impact on the planet. Learn more about how renting works .
What if I damage a device or leave traces of use?
We want you to enjoy our devices as if they were your own. Minor scratches and normal signs of wear will be treated free of charge after return. There are no charges for manufacturing defects.
In case of serious damage, Grover Care covers up to 80% of the damage across all categories. Add Grover Care to your rental for even more protection.
How do I return the device?
You can return your device for free once your minimum rental period has expired.
Simply reset your device and erase all data. This way, we can safely rent it to the next person. Then print the return label, return the device, and your monthly payments will be canceled.
You can return the device to any post office or delivery service location listed on the return label. Learn more about returns .
Do you do a credit check?
When you place an order, our algorithm checks your information to ensure you’re a real person. We also perform a quick, automated credit check. This type of credit check is recorded on your credit report but has no impact on your creditworthiness.
If your order is refused, you can request a personal reconsideration of this automated decision.

What are the cancellation policies?
If you have changed your mind and your order has not yet been processed, you can cancel it under your account.
If your order has been processed, we can no longer stop the shipment. In this case, please contact our Support Team. They will tell you what to do next.
If your order has already been delivered, you can contact the Support Team to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery. The €4.99 delivery fee will not be refunded. Learn more about our cancellation policy .
